In fact, Damasec first showcased our temporary sleeping solutions at the renowned DANA Cup in 2024, where we offered comfortable accommodation to thousands of children attending Denmark's largest youth football tournament. The Bed-Stay solution was highly praised during the event for providing a safe and comfortable space while maximising room capacity.

In cooperation with our German Partner SMI, we proudly announce a successful collaboration with the state of Brandenburg and the LSTE, the Landesschule und Technischen Einrichtung für Brand- und Katastrophenschutz (The State School of Technical Facility for Fire and Disaster Protection), to support their new emergency centre for calamity response. The LSTE, under the Ministry of the Interior and Municipal Affairs of the State of Brandenburg, plays a crucial role in ensuring the region's safety.

As part of Brandenburg’s initiative to enhance civil protection, Bed-Stay provided 500 of our modular Bed-Stay Systems, correlating to 1,000 sleeping places, for their expanding disaster relief stock. As most of our clients typically rent beds from us, this unique order will enable Brandenburg's authorities to respond swiftly in times of crisis.

Additionally, during the 'Day of Civil Protection' event which took place on the 7th of september, our partner SMI, conducted training sessions together with Brandenburg and the LSTE. During these sessions they demonstrated the versatility and ease of our modular bed system. Attendees — ranging from civil defence organisations to political delegates — had the opportunity to interact with our solutions firsthand.

Set up on a red carpet, attendees could assemble a Bed-Stay unit themselves and experience its user-friendly design. This hands-on demonstration allowed participants to see how easily the system can be adapted to different needs, offering a practical and highly versatile solution for emergencies.

The feedback was very positive, with visitors praising the system's simplicity, versatility, and intuitive design. Many were particularly impressed by how quickly it could be assembled on-site, proving its practicality in time-sensitive situations.

The KLM Open is one of the oldest international golf tournaments in Europe and has established a reputation as part of the DP World Tour since its inception in 1972. We are honored to provide comfortable accommodations for greenkeepers at the event, ensuring they have the best possible sleeping quarters, helping them excel in their roles, and getting a good night’s rest during the tournament. At present, the greenkeepers, who are the backbone of maintaining the golf course’s pristine condition, are already hard at work preparing for the event.
